What the platform is for
Bac Exam Prep helps Moroccan students prepare for the English National Exam (Bac). It is a paid subscription: access is granted for a set period after English & Business Corner activates your account. Content (lessons, exercises, exam papers, and feedback) is for your personal study only and must not be shared outside English & Business Corner.
What information we collect
- If you request access: your name, phone number, email address, and the level you're requesting.
- Once you have an account: your name, email address, a securely hashed password (we never store or see your actual password), your assigned level, your subscription's expiry date, and your last login time.
- When you use the Writing check: the text you submit is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate feedback. We only keep a record that a check happened and when, not the essay text itself.
- Translations: vocabulary words and exercise sentences are sent to Anthropic to generate French/Arabic translations shown on the platform. This is course content, not personal information.
Who can see your information
English & Business Corner staff (through the admin area) can see your account details and manage your subscription. The platform runs on infrastructure provided by Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and file storage), and uses Anthropic for AI-generated feedback and translations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your account and personal information deleted — for example after you've finished the Bac — contact us and we'll remove it, except where we need to keep basic records for accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law (Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data), you can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mohamedanasaitnaceur@gmail.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
Changes to this notice
If we make an important change to how the platform works or to this notice, we'll update this page and let active students know.
